Comparison
Yes, 1of10 is on this list. We built it, so we are not a neutral referee. Social Blade is also free, which makes this an unusual comparison: we are not trying to talk you out of a free tool, we are explaining what it does and does not do.

What it is: YouTube's own analytics for your channel. Who it suits: anyone using Social Blade to track their own performance, which is a large share of its users. Price: free. Does better: these are the real numbers, not estimates. Retention, traffic sources, impressions, click-through rate and actual revenue. Social Blade is guessing at a fraction of this from the outside. Does worse: your channel only. If you are looking up someone else, it cannot help you at all.
What it is: a channel statistics product with strong brand recognition in the creator community. Who it suits: creators who compare channels often and want it to look good, particularly when showing numbers to a sponsor or a team. Price: $479.88/yr. Does better: clearly the best presentation of channel-level statistics, and comparison views are well built. Does worse: you are paying a substantial annual fee for data that is largely public. The estimates carry the same fundamental uncertainty as Social Blade's, just presented more confidently.
What it is: a research tool built on 62 billion analysed YouTube views. It scores videos against their own channel average and surfaces the ones performing 10x to 100x above it, with the title, thumbnail and format that did it. Who it suits: creators who were using Social Blade to work out what is working in their niche, which it is not really built to answer. Price: free at $0 with outlier search and three tracked channels, no card. Basic $29/mo or $349/yr. Pro $69/mo or $828/yr. Does better: answers the forward-looking question. Comparing a video against its own channel baseline is far more useful than comparing raw subscriber counts, because it isolates what the packaging did rather than what the channel size did. Does worse: it is not a channel-stats dashboard. If you want a quick subscriber lookup, Social Blade does that faster and free. The A/B Test Winners feed shows real before and after thumbnails from other channels, up to 164M subscribers, with the measured CTR change attached, so you can see which packaging changes actually moved the number rather than guessing. Trending Formats surfaces the title and thumbnail patterns currently overperforming, with the videos that prove each one.
What it is: a keyword and search research tool. Who it suits: creators whose views come from YouTube search. Price: $199/yr Boost, $468/yr Max. Does better: proper keyword data, which Social Blade does not attempt at all. Does worse: a different job entirely, and it will not give you the channel lookups you came to Social Blade for.
What it is: an outlier database with RPM and revenue filters, plus a monetisation checker. Who it suits: creators who want research and better earnings signals on a small budget. Price: $178.80/yr. Does better: the RPM filtering gives a more grounded earnings picture than Social Blade's estimate range. Does worse: research only, and no free tier worth relying on.
What it is: outlier discovery with a strong RPM and niche-earnings layer. Who it suits: creators trying to answer the earnings question Social Blade only gestures at. Price: $199 to $999 by credit tier, 10 credit trial. Does better: the most serious attempt at niche earnings data in this list, and far more reliable than a public estimate range. Does worse: credit metering means you ration searches, and the price range is wide. For contrast, 1of10 never charges credits for search. Outlier research is unmetered on every tier, though the free plan is limited in scope, to three tracked channels and without the advanced filters. Credits only apply to AI generation, at 1,000 a month on Pro.
